If I had to label the style I would give it a nice place between Noisia and DJ Promo.
On the other hand, there may be nothing to compare The Outside Agency (TOA) with.
To firsttime listeners it may sound agressive, but to me TOA (and especially their song Among Us) sounds happy and it really gives me an enormous energy boost.
